Stirchley High Street Stories is a community arts project that explores the visual environment and people's stories found in one of Birmingham's most unique and curious high streets.  The stories are collected through street photography and by talking to local people we meet on the high street. The project will provide a contemporary snapshot of Stirchley's high street including its shopfronts, signs and community.

Fancy taking part then here are a few ways to get involved:

  • volunteer to be one of the photographers no experience required
  • share a story
  • take a photo on the high street and share it with us on Instagram #stirchleyhighstreet

We will be busy taking photographs until June and will then share these with the community. You can follow our journey here on our Stirchley High Stories online gallery and blog link below.
